Cruise with the New York Rangers

Celebrity Cruises RangersThe New York Rangers might currently be battling it out in the Stanley Cup playoffs, but several of the hockey team’s more seasoned players will be sailing with Celebrity Cruises later this summer.

Celebrity’s first-ever New York Rangers Legends Cruise will set sail from New Jersey’s Cape Liberty on August 3 and take guests on a seven-night Bermuda vacation.  In addition to featuring all of Celebrity’s usual luxe accommodations, the trip will include a hockey clinic, Q&As, autograph sessions, poker tournaments and specialty shore excursions — all hosted by one (or several!) of the traveling Blueshirts legends.

Players currently confirmed to participate include Stephane Matteau, who helped the Rangers advance to the 1994 Stanley Cup Finals; Adam Graves, who spent 10 years with the Blueshirts and played an integral part in the Rangers’ magical 1994 Stanley Cup team; Ron Duguay, who also became a major celebrity in the New York area during the early 1980s; and Ron Greschner, who spent all 16 of his NHL seasons during the 1970s and 1980s as a Ranger.
