St. Patrick’s Day is typically celebrated with traditional Irish fare like corned beef and cabbage, and topped off with many pints of (oftentimes green) beer. At Celebrity Cruises, we’re joining in on the fun by hosting a series of beer seminars and tastings, as well mixing a simple shaken-not-stirred tribute to the holiday: The Lucky Irishman.
The Lucky Irishman

1/2 oz Bushmills Irish Whiskey

If Bailey’s is your drink, the spirits manufacturer also recommends pouring yourself an Irish Coffee Drop (Bailey’s and coffee liqueur), a Derby Girl (Bailey’s and Bulleit Bourbon), a Bailey’s Irish Coffee (Bailey’s, Bushmills Irish Whiskey and hot coffee) and an Irish Milk and Honey (Bailey’s, Bushmills Irish Whiskey, whipped cream and honey).
Fans of Irish Whiskey, whose sales are up over 400% since 2002, can indulge in additional Bushmills drinks like the Fools Gold (Grand Marnier, Bushmills and cinnamon liquor , i.e. Goldschlagger or After Shock) or the Irish Honey Smash (Bushmills Irish Honey, mint leaves, simple syrup, lemon and water).
